Users must maintain respectful behavior during coaching sessions. We reserve the right to terminate services for inappropriate behavior.

We accept all users that are above the age of 13 per Discord terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are required before the coaching session begins.
• Refunds may be granted for valid reasons but must be discussed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

We are not responsible for any in-game results, losses, or damages arising from the use of our coaching services.
